JAMES DOUGLAS

/Managing Director

James is Managing Director and Founder of Sitrep Projects and holds 30 years of trade and project management experience and holds an a bachelor degree in Applied Management/Project Management. James is also trade qualified and provides practical solutions and project planning.

Claire Behague

/Senior Project Manager

Claire is a versatile and proactive project professional with 20+ years experience in managing project teams, programs and project delivery in Manufacturing, Construction, IT and Aged Care projects.

She is currently completing her Prince 2 Qualification.  Whilst working in Australia, Claire worked with a team on a $40 million programme of works which won an award from AIPM for Project of the Year.

Claire has strong communication skills and together with her eye for detail, this allows her to lead and direct projects with teams to achieve quality outcomes for her clients.

Michelle Hawkins

/Finance Manager

Michelle has an extensive background in banking, finance and office management. Michelle streamlines processes and handles administrative tasks. With her organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience, job costs can be managed effectively and presented in a clear format.
